Outstanding Application for Learning Kanji and Additional Vocabulary

The few dollars this cost was an excellent investment. This application is for serious students who have progressed to the point of reading Japanese. This application is not for the absolute begginner. It assumes you can already read Hiragana and Katakana.

For my purposes, this application alone made the purchase of my iPod Touch worhwhile.

The application allows you to toggle the furigana pronunciation of the kanji on or off. I use it off. It repeats kanji and the artificial intellegence remembers which kanji you have learned and whick ones are difficult for you. The feature is excellent. This is just a perfect app for learning and reviewing kanji. Its a stand alone app and doesnt require connection. You get the entire content with the app and dont have to purchase anything else...Highly recommneded for the serious student or anyone living in Japan.
